Ordering & MOQ requirements

MOQ: 10qty Mix & Match SKU’s

This can be mix and matched within the entire range of single units OR the amount you require as long as it meets 10.

Please note: Accessories are not included in the 10qty.

Shipping & Handling

1 Business day Mon-Fri after your payment is received

ETA of Delivery:

Vic Metro = 1-2 Business Day
Vic Country, NSW & SA = 2-3 business days
ACT, QLD & TAS = 3-4 business days
WA, NT = 5-7 Business Days

Do we Deliver to P.O Box addresses?

Our courier drivers don’t deliver to PO BOXES, please supply an alternative address at checkout.

Please confirm if your business has a Forklift on site for shipping quote

Payment Methods

Once you have received your invoice with shipping added you can pay for your order via the below payment methods:

Bank Deposit: Allow up to 3 business days to clear & reference your invoice number.
Telephone Credit Card: All cards are accepted (0% surcharge) Please state your invoice number upon calling.

International Buyers

Any Custom Clearance Fees for receiving your products into the country are the responsibility of the purchaser.

When are the items dispatched?

Our current dispatch timeframe is within 24hrs of payment.

Delays may occur if products within your order are:

1: Out of Stock

2: On Backorder

3: Large Qty’s

If there are any delays in regards to your order you will be notified asap.

Do you require payment prior to delivery?

Yes payment is required prior to dispatch unless you have a credit agreement in place with Jenjo Games.

Do you have credit applications and how can we apply?

Credit applications are assessed after the first order has been paid in full.

Once we place the order on your website, how long till you contact us with an invoice?

Orders will be invoiced within 24 hours.

Is my website order final?

Once you have placed your order we will transfer it to an invoice which will include shipping to the final amount. All products on the website are GST exclusive.

Can I sell products on multiple platforms?

Becoming a stockist of Jenjo Games allows you to resell our product on the platform you have registered with.

We do not allow stockists to sell on any 3rd party affiliate websites. In doing so without written approval; will forfeit your agreement/accessibility with Jenjo Games.
